Pineapple is a tropical fruit with rich proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which helps in the digestion of protein. Pineapple can prevent blood clot formation because of its bromeliad content.
Farms in Yen Dinh (Thanh Hoa) can supply hundred tons of pineapple each month. So we can provide fresh pineapple or frozen pineapple.
There are 2 kinds of common pineapple in Thailand
– Cayenne Pineapple: Light yellow colour with a green and yellow outer shell. They have a strong acid content and high sugar content.
-Queen pineapple: Yellow to orange colour, sweetest types.
